Review of book that is an addendum to article on Platform Capitalism: some thinking about accountable, transparent moderation. This addresses content issues, but not the more problematic rent properties. Can’t wait for the latter book.
The book provides models for regulators and companies to think with in order to avoid the kind of Jones phenomenon, as well as the embarrassment of his hasty removal.
