Local Montreal foodie and critic, Lesley Chesterman, in a recent article on the visiting super chefs she has met over the last ten years gives a quote from the late Anthony Bourdain, “I’m the back-stairs help…When you’ve been a heroin addict, you don’t care abut the thread count of the sheets in your hotel room.
I know it could all turn to shit.”
It always does.

here is an update on the two local chefs who own the
acclaimed Joe Beef resto in Montreal (pals of Bourdain)
who addressed their alcoholism and are also attempting
to do damage control over accusations of sexual harassment
in the workplace…..
